Bespoke Subcontractor Administration Software

This system has been developed to help with the job of signing up and communicating with subcontractors.

As with all the software we develop the workflow will be customised to fit your preferred practices.

The online form lets you sign up new subcontractors and confirm their acceptance of your terms. It includes a signature box so they can sign using a stylus or their finger on a tablet or mobile phone.

Once they're in the database you can select subcontractors based on their location and drive time to the project. The software allows you to broadcast to filtered groups or individuals using SMS texts or email.

Find the nearest suitable subcontractor for new projects based on their location
Send SMS texts or emails to individuals or filtered groups in seconds using bespoke message templates with mail merge options to personalise the text
The system is notified when the SMS text is received so you know when mobile numbers are no longer valid
Add your own notes to any subcontractor record
Advance warning is emailed to you when insurances are due for renewal for a subcontractor
